The communication, delivered via Pakistan, is currently under review by Iran's foreign ministry. While the U.S. has not formally confirmed its reply, President Donald Trump reportedly indicated to Israel's Kan News on Sunday that the proposal was unacceptable.

Iran's 14-point plan, as reported by state media, requests the withdrawal of U.S. forces from areas near Iran's borders, an end to the naval blockade of Iranian ports, and a cessation of all hostilities, including Israel's offensive in Lebanon.

The proposal also calls for an agreement within 30 days and emphasizes ending the conflict rather than merely extending a ceasefire. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei stated that nuclear negotiations, a key U.S.

demand, are not part of the current discussions.

President Trump confirmed receipt of the Iranian proposal on Saturday, stating on Truth Social that he would review it but found it unlikely to be acceptable given Iran's past actions.
