Ukraine Strikes Russian Oil Infrastructure Ukrainian forces conducted drone and missile attacks on Russian territory, damaging an oil terminal and two oil tankers, while Russia simultaneously launched extensive aerial assaults on Ukrainian cities, resulting in 10 fatalities and 76 injuries. These events occurred over the past 24 hours across multiple regions, intensifying the ongoing conflict.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed significant damage to an oil terminal in Russia's Leningrad region and strikes on two oil tankers near the Black Sea port of Novorossiysk. These tankers were identified as part of Russia's "shadow fleet" used to circumvent Western sanctions. Concurrently, Russian drone and missile strikes impacted five Ukrainian regions, with three deaths in Kherson, two each in Odesa, Donetsk, and Zaporizhzhia, and one in Sumy.

The Ukrainian military reported intercepting most of the nearly 270 drones and one ballistic missile fired by Russia. Russia, in turn, claimed Ukraine launched 334 drones, primarily targeting the Leningrad region. These reciprocal attacks underscore the expanding geographical scope of the conflict, with Ukraine increasingly targeting Russian energy infrastructure to disrupt its economy and military logistics.
