Loadout lowers $GOOSE threshold to 220 SOL

Loadout lowers $GOOSE threshold to 220 SOL

Kieran.eth said in an Oct. 14 X post that Loadout lowered $GOOSE’s graduation threshold to 220 SOL and that the token had graduated after launch issues.

In the X post, he said the change followed a 1,000 SOL threshold, which he later judged too high, and 951 SOL of buys during the first 60 seconds.

The post put the early activity at 65 purchases from 40 wallets. Kieran.eth said Loadout’s website buy button was disabled during that first-minute window, meaning those trades came through other routes and paid disclosed launch fees.

“I set it too high. In hindsight, I think 500 SOL would have been a much better call. That's on me,” Kieran.eth said of the graduation threshold, the platform setting tied to moving $GOOSE beyond its launch curve.

He said the anti-sniper tax, a higher launch fee aimed at discouraging very early automated buying, produced more than 570 SOL in added funding for Goose Byte, on top of ordinary trading fees.

Including that amount, Kieran.eth said Goose Byte had more than 730 SOL available across its treasury and collected pool fees, worth about US$76,000 when he checked. He said that figure excluded liquidity locked in the pool.

Kieran.eth linked the higher threshold to Loadout’s broader attempt to fund games through trading fees. He said some $LOAD volume had shifted to other pools, sending fees to liquidity providers rather than to the game, protocol and $LOAD mechanism.

The supplied material is Kieran.eth’s own account on X and does not independently verify wallet ownership, trading routes or the SOL balances. He also said Loadout could not assume every wallet involved in the $GOOSE launch matched wallets that had traded $LOAD.

Kieran.eth said he would join a Space 10 minutes after the post to discuss the launch and take questions.
