April 2026 delivered a busy slate of PlayStation 5 releases across multiple genres, led by several high-profile launches late in the month.
Sony’s first-party exclusive Saros, an action-shooter developed by Housemarque, arrived on the final day of April. Capcom’s Pragmata also released during the month and was well received by both reviewers and players.
April also saw Bethesda’s open-world RPG Starfield launch on PS5, expanding its availability asourceser years of leaks and rumours.
Other notable additions included MOUSE: P.I. for Hire, Vampire Crawlers, and People of Note. The gacha genre received NTE: Neverness to Everness, while fighting game fans got Invincible VS. Hades 2 also released on PS5 during the month, rounding out a broad set of new options for the platform.
