Nongshim pushes Shin Ramyun Rosé into Europe at SIAL 2026
Nongshim is expanding its European footprint by launching Shin Ramyun Rosé at SIAL Paris 2026, with German distribution expected to begin as early as November.

Nongshim is accelerating its European expansion by introducing its Shin Ramyun Rosé product at the SIAL Paris 2026 food exhibition, which ran from Oct. 17 to 21. The company is using the event to deepen distribution ties across the region.
CEO Cho Yong-cheol met with executives from major distributors, including Germany’s Kreyenhop & Kluge, the Netherlands’ Asia Express Food, France’s T&T Foods, and the UK’s Morrisons. These discussions aimed to secure broader shelf space for the brand's latest variations.
Joern Kreyenhop, CEO of Kreyenhop & Kluge, said the product's flavor profile is well-suited for local consumers. He added that the firm plans to accelerate its listing process, with sales in Germany potentially beginning as early as November.
Nongshim also promoted its Lifill Derma Collagen Signature RN, a product recognized in the SIAL Innovation Selection 2026, as part of a strategy to diversify its international portfolio beyond instant noodles. The company operated an indoor booth and an outdoor cooking station to facilitate tastings and export consultations.
Promotional efforts included a pop-up event near the Seine River from Oct. 16 to 18, designed to replicate the Korean riverside noodle experience for international visitors. Nongshim aims to capitalize on existing brand recognition in markets like Poland to drive further growth across the continent.
