Four French game companies will attend Mobidictum 2026, organizer says

Celsius Online, Old Skull Games, Boiler and Exkee will travel to Istanbul for Mobidictum Conference 2026, according to a Mobidictum post about its own event. Mobidictum says this will be the first such French delegation, organized by the French Embassy in Türkiye and the Institut français de Türquie; so far, this is Mobidictum’s account alone.

The numbers

• 4 French video game companies are named for the 2026 delegation: Celsius Online, Old Skull Games, Boiler and Exkee, according to Mobidictum.

• This is the 1st time a group of French video game companies will make the trip in this format, Mobidictum says.

Why it matters

For the participating companies, an embassy-backed delegation can make introductions in Istanbul more deliberate than four unrelated conference visits. For Turkish developers, publishers and investors, it creates a named French cohort to approach rather than a vague promise of international networking. The counter-read is straightforward: attendance proves little about investment, publishing or distribution. A conference badge isn’t a term sheet. The useful test is whether these meetings produce commercial partnerships or an ongoing route between the two markets.

What we don't know

• What commercial goals does each participating company have in Türkiye?

• Will the delegation produce publishing, investment or distribution agreements?

• Will this become a recurring French presence at Mobidictum after 2026?

Watch for

Watch for a publishing, investment or distribution announcement involving Celsius Online, Old Skull Games, Boiler or Exkee after Mobidictum Conference 2026.
