Flow Games raises $49m from Tencent and gaming investors

Istanbul-based mobile-game studio Flow Games raised $49 million from Tencent, Makers Fund, Arcadia Gaming Partners and Ludus Ventures, Swipeline TR said in a LinkedIn post on Tuesday.

The financing follows Smash Fest!’s global launch in May 2026 and more than 23 million downloads, according to the post. Swipeline gave no benchmark for typical mobile-gaming rounds, limiting sector comparisons.

Flow became known through Smash Fest!, which Swipeline said reached the top of download charts after its worldwide release. The post did not name the app-store markets or ranking periods.

Flow said on LinkedIn, according to Swipeline: “After the success of Smash Fest!, this marks an exciting new chapter for us. Special thanks to our incredible team who made this milestone possible.”

Swipeline said Flow plans to use investor support to accelerate Smash Fest!’s growth, hire additional team members and strengthen its global position. Flow also thanked Aream & Co. for financial advisory services and KECOS for legal expertise and guidance during the process.

The LinkedIn item did not disclose Flow’s valuation, the round structure, ownership sold or financial performance for Smash Fest!. A commenter, Oğuzhan Akkuş, said Swipeline had tagged a São Paulo-based game company with the same name rather than the Istanbul studio referenced in the post.
