Tien Wah Press completes 2.3-hectare Indonesia land deal
The cash transaction was priced at 150 billion rupiah through a 51%-owned Indonesian subsidiary after sale conditions were met.

Tien Wah Press Holdings Bhd completed the purchase of five land parcels totaling about 23,393 square metres in Malang, Indonesia, on Oct. 21, 2026, the company said in a Bursa Malaysia filing.
The transaction gives Tien Wah Press, through indirect 51%-owned PT Bintang Pesona Jagat, land and buildings bought for 150 billion rupiah, or RM34 million. The area is equivalent to about 2.3 hectares, according to Atlas360 calculations.
Tien Wah Press said completion followed the fulfilment of conditions precedent under a binding sale and purchase agreement and the execution of five sale and purchase agreements with seller PT Bentoel Prima.
The filing identifies BPJ as the buyer of the Malang assets and says the transaction was completed in cash.
