NVIDIA Invests $2 Billion in Nebius AI Cloud
NVIDIA is investing $2 billion in Nebius to expand its AI cloud infrastructure, aiming for over 5 gigawatts of NVIDIA systems by 2030.

NVIDIA announced on March 11, 2026, a strategic partnership with Nebius Group N.V. to develop and deploy hyperscale AI cloud infrastructure. NVIDIA will invest $2 billion in Nebius to support the expansion of its AI cloud platform, aiming to deploy over 5 gigawatts of NVIDIA systems by the end of 2030.
The collaboration deepens the existing relationship between the two companies across the full AI technology stack, from AI factory architecture to production software. This partnership will facilitate Nebius's early adoption of NVIDIA's latest accelerated computing platforms, including the NVIDIA Rubin platform, NVIDIA Vera CPUs, and NVIDIA BlueField storage systems.
The companies will collaborate on AI factory design and support, inference and agentic AI stack development, AI infrastructure deployment, and fleet management. This initiative seeks to meet the increasing global demand for high-performance compute and accelerate the buildout of AI-focused cloud services.
