Marwynn lines up 18-month AI computing trial with OmniX
NexaCore would become OmniX’s preferred AI computing provider during a phased evaluation before any definitive agreements are negotiated.

Marwynn Holdings said in an Oct. 13 press release that it signed an MOU with OmniX Technologies for an 18-month evaluation of AI computing and RWA securities infrastructure.
The proposed work would give NexaCore Technologies, founded by Marwynn in April 2026, a preferred-provider role during the review, but Marwynn said any binding agreements would depend on pilot results and later negotiations.
Marwynn, which trades on Nasdaq under the ticker MWYN, said its wholly owned NexaCore unit would provide AI computing capacity and related services to OmniX’s digital asset trading platform during the phased evaluation period.
The companies plan to examine computing resources for AI model training, fine-tuning, inference and model serving. Inference is the process by which a trained AI model produces outputs from new data.
Marwynn said the application-level review will cover AI agent orchestration, risk and margin analytics, fraud and market abuse detection, and valuation and risk modelling for real-world asset, or RWA, securities. The parties also plan to assess infrastructure for issuance, custody, trading, settlement and administration of RWA-related assets.
OmniX Technologies Pte. Ltd. is incorporated in Singapore and owns and operates the OmniX digital asset trading platform, according to the release.
Marwynn said OmniX’s services include cryptocurrency spot and futures trading, multi-asset accounts, digital wallets and brokerage-related offerings.
The release said OmniX is exploring ways to combine digital asset trading infrastructure with RWA securities. It did not specify which assets, jurisdictions, regulators or counterparties would be included in any pilot.
The MOU is preliminary rather than a definitive commercial contract. Marwynn did not disclose financial terms, computing capacity, expected revenue, service-level commitments or whether either company has committed capital to the evaluation.
Marwynn established NexaCore in April 2026 to focus on AI computing infrastructure, high-performance computing and related technology services. The company said the OmniX collaboration could give NexaCore exposure to demanding AI workloads.
Marwynn said Yin Yan, its chairman and chief executive officer, said the companies intend to measure the potential benefits of the collaboration through pilot projects. The company said a decision to pursue definitive agreements would depend on those evaluations and subsequent negotiations.
The next step disclosed by Marwynn is the pilot evaluation phase under the 18-month MOU. No definitive commercial contract was announced in the Oct. 13 press release.
