Salesforce’s $5.66 billion Braze deal, Hilton’s Nasdaq transfer plan and Hasbro’s stronger third-quarter results drove separate rallies, Stocktwits said.

Braze, Hilton and Hasbro shares hit highs after separate catalysts

Braze, Hilton Worldwide Holdings and Hasbro shares reached 52-week highs on Tuesday, with Braze rising 51%, a Stocktwits market article published by Asianet Newsable said on October 21.

The moves cut across software, lodging and toys: Salesforce’s $5.66 billion offer values Braze at $47.50 a share, about 58% above Monday’s close, while Hasbro raised its 2026 revenue outlook.

Braze traded as high as $45.60 after Salesforce agreed to buy the cloud software company in cash. The article said the acquisition would add more than $1 billion in annual recurring revenue, a subscription-sales metric, to Salesforce’s marketing business.

D.A. Davidson raised its Braze price target to $47.50 from $40 and cut its rating to Neutral, while Citi moved to Neutral from Buy with a $47.50 target, according to the article. The agreement includes a $300 million regulatory termination fee payable by Salesforce and a $191.4 million breakup fee payable by Braze.

Hilton rose more than 3% to a record $360.40 after saying it would move its primary listing from the New York Stock Exchange to the Nasdaq Global Select Market. Wells Fargo raised its target on Hilton to $383 from $382 on Monday and kept an Overweight rating, citing better-than-expected U.S. revenue per available room, a hotel-room sales measure, in the third quarter.

Hasbro rose more than 11% to $109.81, its highest level in seven years, after third-quarter revenue increased 15% from a year earlier to $1.60 billion. Adjusted earnings rose 73% to $2.90 a share, and revenue at Wizards of the Coast climbed 31% to $747 million, helped by record Magic: The Gathering sales, according to the article.

Hasbro lifted its 2026 constant-currency revenue growth outlook to 7%-9%. Consumer Products revenue rose 4% to $828 million in the third quarter.

Stocktwits said retail sentiment on its platform moved to extremely bullish from bearish for Braze and to extremely bullish from bullish for Hasbro, while Hilton sentiment stayed bullish. Hilton’s New York Stock Exchange trading is scheduled to end after the close on November 4, with Nasdaq trading due to begin November 5 under HLT.
