VinSpace, an aerospace subsidiary of Vietnam’s Vingroup, has secured a contract for a 2027 SpaceX launch to deploy its first satellites, marking the start of commercial space operations for the venture.
The company said the satellites will fly on a SpaceX Transporter rideshare mission, sharing the launch with multiple other customers. VinSpace described the upcoming deployments as focused on in-orbit technology testing, building satellite capabilities, and supporting international collaboration, according to a Tuesday statement.
