Tamera Mowry-Housley lists Fairfield home for $2.69 million

Actress Tamera Mowry-Housley and her husband, Adam Housley, have listed their Fairfield, California, residence for $2.69 million. The listing follows the couple's $3.8 million acquisition of a 15-acre Napa Valley estate in October 2024.

The Fairfield property, built in 2005, spans 4,863 square feet and includes five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The couple purchased the home for approximately $1.4 million in 2011. Ryan Nemeyer and Alfonso Garcia of the Nemeyer Garcia Team at Engel & Völkers are managing the sale, which highlights the home's saltwater swimming pool and professional-grade kitchen.

The couple's new Napa Valley estate, which had been vacant since 2018, features more than four acres of Cabernet Sauvignon vines, a natural pond, and wooded acreage. Mowry-Housley and her husband are documenting the renovation of the 2,718-square-foot residence through their YouTube series, The Housley Farm: Building Our Dream Home. The project focuses on establishing a sustainable lifestyle with an orchard and vineyard.
