Heated Rivalry reportedly adds two 6-episode seasons, film
Back-to-back production would deepen Crave’s hockey-romance slate, with a Scott-and-Kip holiday movie reported for theaters in December 2027.

Crave’s Heated Rivalry is shooting Seasons 2 and 3 back-to-back, each running six episodes, The Playlist said in a Nov. 8 trade-press report citing Deadline.
The reported plan would move Crave from one awaited second season to two six-episode seasons, giving the hockey romance a larger near-term television slate than fans had expected.
The Playlist said a standalone Christmas film is also planned. The holiday movie would focus on Scott and Kip and is planned for theatrical release in December 2027, according to the report.
The production schedule is the next test of the expansion. The Playlist reported that filming is expected to finish in late November or early December.
The development follows earlier signs of continuity for the series. Atlas360 reported in September that principal and supporting cast members were announced to return for Season 2.
