Lime files for U.S. IPO, reports 29% revenue growth in 2025
Uber-backed Lime filed for a U.S. IPO, reporting $886.7 million in revenue for 2025, as the IPO market rebounds.

Lime, the electric bike and scooter rental network backed by Uber Technologies, has filed for a U.S. initial public offering, according to a May 8 regulatory filing. The San Francisco-based company did not disclose the size or price terms of the offering.
Lime said it operated in about 230 cities across 29 countries as of Dec. 31, 2025. It reported revenue of $886.7 million for the year ended 2025, up 29.1%, and said it generated positive free cash flow for the third consecutive full year, while remaining loss-making.
The company said it plans to use IPO proceeds to fund operations, repay debt, and invest in or acquire complementary technologies, assets, or intellectual property.
The filing comes as U.S. IPO activity has shown signs of rebounding asourceser a slowdown earlier in the year. Lime filed under the name Neutron Holdings and plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “LIME.” Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, and Jefferies are among the underwriters.
