Russian forces struck Kyiv’s De Novo data centre and damaged two Dnestr River bridges on September 18, threatening Ukrainian intelligence and supply lines, officials said.
De Novo data centre hit
The account described the De Novo facility as holding extensive intelligence databases used to support Ukrainian operations and said the site was linked to Palantir; that linkage has not been confirmed independently. Colonel Anatoliy Matviychuk, a military expert, said the damage could disrupt intelligence processes and weaken information support for strikes against Russian territory and frontline units.
The same account said Russia also targeted power infrastructure feeding Izmail port and two bridges on the Dnestr River, which could constrict key logistics routes. If those transport links are unusable, commanders on both sides could face sharper supply bottlenecks at the front, the analysis suggested.
If Kyiv confirms the damage, expect official damage assessments and operational updates by September 20. Monitoring will focus on whether Ukrainian forces can reroute logistics and restore affected data links within days.
