The Pacific Division bracket includes the Edmonton Oilers as the second seed and the Anaheim Ducks as the third seed, setting up a first-round matchup between those two clubs. The league also listed Dallas Stars vs. Minnesota Wild and Vegas Golden Knights vs. Utah Mammoth among the remaining Western first-round series.

The Eastern Conference first-round slate features four series: Buffalo Sabres vs. Boston Bruins, Tampa Bay Lightning vs. Montreal Canadiens, Carolina Hurricanes vs. Ottawa Senators, and Pittsburgh Penguins vs. Philadelphia Flyers. With the bracket now set, the league’s release effectively locks in near-term planning for host cities and arena calendars, while also establishing the initial programming window for national broadcasts.

The NHL’s initial schedule shows three Game 1 matchups on Saturday, April 18.
