Cosmos Health’s Amazon UK sales rise 90% to $2.27m
The company said the channel produced a 23% net margin and forecast about 72% sales growth over the next 12 months.

Cosmos Health said on Nov. 4 in a press release that Amazon UK sales rose 90% to $2.27 million in the trailing 12 months through Nov. 2.
Cosmos Health said the channel generated $525,000 of net profit over the same period, a 23% channel-level margin before corporate overheads, against about $1.19 million of sales a year earlier.
The Nasdaq-listed healthcare group said it sold 116,978 units in the UK through Amazon during the period, equal to about 320 units a day. Monthly sales increased from about $144,000 in November 2025 to more than $215,000 in each month from July through October 2026, the company said.
Greg Siokas, chief executive officer of Cosmos Health, said: "Amazon UK is now a multi-million-dollar business for us. Over the past twelve months, sales grew 90% to $2.27 million, and the last four months were our strongest ever on the platform."
The company said advertising costs were 2.4% of sales and refunds were below 1%. It defined net profit as a channel-level operating measure after Amazon fees, cost of goods, shipping, advertising and VAT, but before corporate overheads.
Cosmos Health owns pharmaceutical and nutraceutical brands and also distributes medicines and parapharmaceutical products through subsidiaries in Greece and the UK. The company presented Amazon UK as part of a broader push toward higher-margin online sales of its proprietary products.
The figures were based on Cosmos Health's Amazon UK seller platform data and were unaudited, according to the press release. The company said the numbers may differ from its financial statements and are not U.S. GAAP measures.
Cosmos Health said it expects Amazon UK sales to rise about 72% over the next 12 months to roughly $3.9 million, or about $325,000 a month, based on current trends and planned platform initiatives.
