Jenna Dewan pairs with Alan Bersten after Val Chmerkovskiy suspension
Jenna Dewan will dance with Alan Bersten on Tuesday after Val Chmerkovskiy was suspended for one week over a controversial social media post.

Jenna Dewan will perform with professional dancer Alan Bersten on the Dancing with the Stars episode airing Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2026. The change follows a one-week suspension for her regular partner, Val Chmerkovskiy.
Producers confirmed the suspension after Chmerkovskiy shared a social media post referencing the 2022 Oscars incident involving Will Smith and Chris Rock. The show's statement said the move applies only to the upcoming Dedication Night.
Bersten, 32, returns to the competition after his earlier elimination while partnered with Giada de Laurentiis. The production has not announced further changes to the show's lineup.
