An Indian seafarer was killed and 19 crew members rescued after a missile struck a vessel off Oman's coast on Sept. 23, officials said. Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal condoled the death of Suraj Yadav of Uttar Pradesh and the government said it was ensuring repatriation for the survivors.
