Bang & Olufsen buys 51,283 shares in buyback
The Danish audio company says the programme can reach DKK 33 million and runs until Aug. 19, 2027.

Bang & Olufsen bought 51,283 own shares for DKK 529,015.90 from Oct. 2 to Oct. 9, the company said in a press release on Monday.
The purchases are part of a share buyback programme of up to DKK 33 million announced on Oct. 2, intended to hedge Bang & Olufsen’s share-based incentive programmes.
The company said the shares were acquired at an average price of DKK 10.32 during the first reported period. Daily purchases ranged from 1,283 shares on Oct. 2 to 10,000 shares on each trading day from Oct.
5 through Oct. 9.
Bang & Olufsen said the programme complies with the EU Market Abuse Regulation and the EU Safe Harbour Regulation, rules that set conditions for listed companies conducting buybacks. Safe harbour rules are designed to reduce legal uncertainty when companies repurchase shares under disclosed terms.
After the transactions, Bang & Olufsen held 3,766,306 treasury shares, equal to 2.6% of its total share capital and voting rights, according to the press release.
The programme began on Oct. 2 and is scheduled to end no later than Aug. 19, 2027.
Bang & Olufsen said details of each transaction were included in an appendix to the announcement.
