Industry sources said drones set an oil refinery in Yaroslavl alight overnight, occurring hours after the same sources confirmed that two Rosneft plants hit earlier this month had ceased processing crude altogether. The incidents follow a string of facility-level disruptions in recent weeks, industry sources added.
