The midstream company will pay the third-quarter dividend on Nov. 17 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 30.

Targa Resources Corp. said in an Oct. 13 press release that its board declared a $1.25-a-share cash dividend for the third quarter of 2026.
The payout equals $5.00 a share annualized, giving investors a cash-return marker before Targa reports third-quarter 2026 results on Nov. 5, the company said.
The Houston-based company said the dividend will be paid Nov. 17 on all outstanding common shares to holders of record at the close of business on Oct. 30.

Central time, to discuss the numbers.
Targa describes itself as a provider of midstream services, meaning energy infrastructure that helps move, process and connect hydrocarbons between producers and end markets. The company said its assets connect natural gas and natural gas liquids, or NGLs, to domestic and international markets.

A webcast replay is expected to be available about two hours after the Nov. 5 event. Targa said an earnings supplement and updated investor presentation will be posted before the conference call.
