Kremlin Outlines Conditions for Ukraine Peace Talks

Moscow has expressed an openness to considering new proposals for resolving the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, according to Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov on Friday. This willingness, however, is strictly conditional on such initiatives aligning with President Vladimir Putin's stated objectives and acknowledging the current territorial status of the region.
