Kyiv hit by drone, missile alerts

Kyiv came under drone and missile alerts on Sept. 7, as Russian drones moved toward the capital and authorities ordered residents to shelter, with no casualties reported, officials said.

Regional authorities reported damage in Brovary and Boryspil in Kyiv Oblast, while Kyiv proper recorded no direct strikes or casualties, officials said. The alerts followed visits by U.S. envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner earlier this week, officials added.
