Kataline Ltd filed draft papers with Sebi on October 1, 2026 to launch an initial public offering aimed at funding working capital and manufacturing upgrades.
Promoters Amit and Ketaki Thatte
The draft offer, the company said, combines a fresh issue of equity with an offer for sale by promoters Amit and Ketaki Thatte. The filing did not disclose the issue size or a price range.
The company announced proceeds from the fresh issue would be used to bolster working capital and to upgrade manufacturing facilities. The offer for sale, which involves existing promoter stock, would transfer proceeds to the sellers rather than increase the company’s cash balance, officials said.
Kataline positions itself as a traffic-safety solutions provider. Officials framed the IPO as a step to amplify operational capacity rather than as a market-entry play; the filing therefore matters most to specialist small-cap investors and potential institutional buyers focused on infrastructure-adjacent suppliers.
If Sebi completes its review within a month, a formal prospectus could appear by November 1, 2026; investors should watch for that filing as the concrete trigger for bookbuilding and a priced offer.
