Atlas Media is an independent, multilingual digital news platform headquartered in Washington, DC. We provide current news content, analysis, commentary, and multimedia materials in Turkish, English, and Arabic. Our Services may include free content and premium subscription options.

3. User Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

You may not transfer your account or sell/rent it to others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code are the exclusive property of Atlas Media or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, or distribute any part of our Services without prior written permission.

You may not use any automated devices, programs, algorithms, or methodologies to access, acquire, copy, or monitor our Services.

Quotation for journalistic purposes permits limited use with proper attribution and link to our content.

6a. Atlas AI Interviews & Draft Generation

When you participate in an Atlas AI interview as a newsfluencer, you agree that Atlas AI may transcribe the conversation and generate draft editorial materials from it — including insight cards, op-eds, story angles, and podcast moments.

No draft is ever published without your explicit approval inside the platform.

This permission applies each time you use the Atlas AI Interview feature and is granted once when you accept these Terms.

7. Comment Policy and Community Guidelines

All comments are subject to moderation and publication is not guaranteed.

Comments containing hate speech, discrimination, racism, or any form of prejudice are prohibited and will be removed.

Content containing threats, harassment, or personal attacks will be removed immediately.

Spam, advertising, or promotional comments are prohibited.

Content that infringes copyright or trademark will be removed.

Publishing misinformation or deliberately misleading content is prohibited.

Comments advocating or promoting illegal activities are prohibited.

Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

We may offer paid subscription plans for premium services.

Subscription fees are prepaid and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice.

We use trusted third-party providers for payment processing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
