Oracle reports fiscal Q1 2027 after close

Oracle reports fiscal first-quarter 2027 results after the US market close on September 10, 2026. Analysts expect adjusted EPS of about $1.75 and revenue near $19.1 billion, implying roughly 28% year-on-year revenue growth. Reaction pending.

RPO at $638 billion

The company said remaining performance obligations reached $638 billion at the end of fiscal Q4, up $85 billion from the prior quarter and 363% from a year earlier. The firm reported that prepaid and customer-supplied hardware tied to large AI contracts totaled $75 billion, a factor that the company said reduces near-term capital needs.

Investors will focus on whether Oracle can convert that backlog into revenue by building sufficient data-center capacity and by sustaining rapid cloud growth. In fiscal 2026 the company reported total revenue of $67.4 billion, cloud revenue of $34 billion and cloud infrastructure revenue of $18.1 billion; cloud infrastructure grew 77% for the year and OCI rose 93% year on year in the fourth quarter to $5.8 billion.

The company guided to total revenue growth of 27%–29%, cloud revenue growth of 58%–64% and non-GAAP EPS of $1.72–$1.76, figures that provide the benchmark for judging tonight's results. Analysts will weigh headline beats against the pace of OCI expansion and capital spending required to deliver on AI contracts.

Watch for the earnings release and management conference call after the US market close on September 10, 2026; commentary on backlog conversion, data-center buildout and near-term capital plans will drive equities trading into the next session.
