Daniella Senior’s 5C Hospitality to Open Bar Nuestro at Navy Yard Urby

Daniella Senior is scaling her Washington restaurant portfolio with a new concept at Navy Yard’s Urby development. Her company, 5C Hospitality, confirmed that Bar Nuestro will open in the third quarter of 2026 inside Urby’s retail space, adding to the team’s existing Colada Shop and Elegancia operations in the city.

The project positions Bar Nuestro as a neighborhood restaurant focused on Italian and other European staples interpreted through Latin flavors. The team behind the restaurant includes Claudio Foschi, who will serve as culinary director, and aims to bring a balance of familiar dishes and regional influences to Navy Yard diners.

Bar Nuestro will be located within the retail component of Urby, a mixed-use residential development in Navy Yard that has become a growing hub for new restaurants and retail.
