    Corrections Policy

Atlas360 News corrects errors quickly, openly, and clearly. If something we published is wrong, we want to know — and we want our readers to see exactly what we changed and why.

    Last updated:

    How to report an error

Email corrections@atlas360.news with the article URL, the specific claim you think is wrong, and a source. We acknowledge every report and follow up once an editor has reviewed it.

    How we classify changes

    • Typo / formatting: spelling, broken link, image swap. Fixed silently.
    • Update: new information added after publication that does not change the original meaning. Marked with a dated note.
    • Correction: a factual error in the original story. The error is fixed inline and a correction note is appended explaining what changed.
    • Retraction: a story whose central claim cannot stand. The original text is removed, replaced with a retraction notice, and a permanent record is kept.

    Where corrections appear

Corrections and retractions are appended to the bottom of the affected article and reflected in the page's dateModified timestamp. Material corrections are also listed in our public corrections log.

    Timing

We aim to acknowledge every correction request within one business day and to publish a correction within two business days of confirmation. Urgent factual errors are handled immediately.
